Sunset Marina offers the perfect setting for your private event
and is available Mid-Sept to Mid-June.
The full clubhouse can host up to 100 guests, and includes the exclusive usage of the lounge, prepping kitchen, upper level, patios and balconies for a full day (8am-11pm). Rental fees start @ $5000 plus a $500 cleaning fee and $1000 refundable deposit.
For more intimate events, the Upper Level is available for $350 with a $350 cleaning fee. Reservations are for a 4-hour period. .
